Welcome to University Park
University Park Homeowners Association is a covenant protected, master planned community located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, within El Paso County 80918.
The community encompasses approximately 675 acres and includes 478 individually owned homes, five commercial properties, three sub associations, one private park, and two City of Colorado Springs parks. The size and layout of University Park provide a unique outdoor and mountain lifestyle while remaining conveniently close to schools, shopping, dining, medical services, and major roadways.
University Park is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and professionally managed by Dorman Association Management to support the long term stability and integrity of the community.
