The Association has a community "master trash service contract" for the individual homes (excluding all 3 Sub-Association's, commercial properties, and the homes in Hidden Canyon). 

The service day is Tuesday each week. 

2022: the yearly price is $193.63 for trash and recycling, billed upfront for the year in January. 

2022 Holiday Delays: 

     1. Memorial Day: delayed one day to June 1

     2. July 4th: delayed one day to July 6

     3. Labor Day: delayed one day to September 7. 

Owners may sign up or opt out of services.  You must contact Z&R to make any service changes.

New residents wishing to join, please contact  Z&R. Carefree Disposal will provide a 95-gallon toter for trash and a 65-gallon recycling toter plus you can leave (2) 32-g trash bags out each week.  You can opt for a smaller trash toter or a larger recycle toter noted above. If you have service concerns or need to change the size of your toter size, please contact Z&R.
