The Association has a community "master trash service contract" for the individual homes (excluding all 3 Sub-Association's, commercial properties, and the homes in Hidden Canyon). 

The service day is Tuesday each week. 

2023: the yearly price is $201.00 for trash and recycling, billed upfront for the year in January. 

2023 Holiday Delays: 

     1. Memorial Day: delayed one day to May 31

     2. July 4th: delayed one day to July 5

     3. Labor Day: delayed one day to September 6. 

Owners may sign up or opt out of services.  You must contact Derek to make any service changes.

For new residents wishing to join, please contact Derek. Carefree Disposal will provide a 95-gallon toter for trash, and a 65-gallon recycling toter, plus you can leave (2) 32-g trash bags out each week.  You can opt for a smaller trash toter or a larger recycle toter noted above. If you have service concerns or need to change the size of your toter size, please contact Derek.
