Our Association is a covenant protected community governed by a Board of Directors who are all volunteers elected by the home owners. The Governing Documents include the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements, the Design Guidelines, any Rules & Regulations, any Resolutions, Policies or Procedures, etc.  For information on our governing documents, please download/view them below.  The Declaration is recorded under Reception number #098005438 dated January 15, 1998 and contains 64 pages, at the Clerk & Recorder's Office in El Paso County, CO.
