RowCal Management manages the University Park Homeowners Association. 

The Master Association yearly dues "assessments" for 2024 are $410/year.  Sub-associations and Commercial properties pay a different amount and/or portion of the amount of the yearly dues.  For questions regarding "assessment" due dates and other payment information, please contact the Property Management company.

Homes located within the "Hidden Canyon" area pay an additional fee for special maintenance services, which is billed quarterly.  The Association's Fiscal year runs from January to December.

Any owner needing current finances or the approved budget, please get in touch with the Manager.

NOTE: Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 3:00 PM at RowCal's office (3720 Sinton Road #200).  The 2024 meeting schedule: 4-11, 4-24, 4-29, 5-9, 6-13, 7-11, 8-8, 9-5, 10-8, 10-10 (Annual).  All meetings are open for anyone to attend.  There is an Owner's Forum at the beginning of each meeting for owners.  Please email Derek to verify the meeting time/date or to be placed on the agenda.
