RowCal Management manages the University Park Homeowners Association. 

The Master Association yearly dues "assessments" for 2025 are $475/year.  Sub-associations and Commercial properties pay a different amount and/or a portion of the yearly amount of the dues.  For questions regarding "assessment" due dates and other payment information, please contact the Property Management company.

Homes located within the "Hidden Canyon" area pay an additional fee for special maintenance services, which is billed quarterly.  The Association's Fiscal year runs from January to December.

Any owner needing current finances, please get in touch with the Manager.

NOTE: Board Meetings are normally held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 3:00 PM.  The location can vary.  All meetings are open for anyone to attend.  There is an Owner's Forum for owners at the beginning of each meeting.  Please contact Derek to verify the meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
