University Park is professionally managed by Dorman Association Management, a locally owned and operated community association management company based in Colorado Springs.

Our team provides financial management, covenant enforcement support, architectural processing, vendor coordination, and day to day operational guidance to help the Board serve the community effectively.

We believe in being accessible, responsive, and accountable. As a local company, our team understands the needs of Colorado communities and works directly with your Board of Directors to support long term stability and service.

Please note our office is available for in person visits by appointment only, Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Resale and Closing Documents

Resale documents, lender questionnaires, Statements of Account, and PUD forms are processed through CondoCerts to ensure compliance and proper documentation handling.
