Homeowners in Sonnet Springs are members of both Sonnet Springs Homeowners Association, Inc. and the University Park Homeowners Association.
Assessment Structure
Sonnet Springs homeowners pay two separate assessments:
The annual University Park Master Association assessment
A separate Sonnet Springs Homeowners Association, Inc. assessment
The Sonnet Springs assessment funds services and maintenance that are specific to the Sonnet Springs community and are not shared by the Master Association.
Homeowners should follow the payment instructions provided by each respective association to avoid duplicate or misapplied payments.
Governance
Sonnet Springs Homeowners Association, Inc. is governed by its own Board of Directors and its own governing documents. It is also subject to the University Park Master Declaration and community wide standards where applicable.
