Landscape Committee
Landscape Committee meetings and updates will no longer be posted or maintained on this website. Any future meeting notices, if applicable, will be posted on the Dorman homeowner portal at: www.DormanAssociationManagement.com
Meetings
There is no formal standing meeting schedule, as the timeline for each month’s review may vary depending on submission volume.
Homeowners should rely on the portal for the most current information.
Due to Colorado law, the Association must issue violation notices by First Class Mail, Certified Mail, and email when an email address is on file.
Landscaping Improvements and Review
If you are completing any landscaping work, whether new installations or replacements, please review the applicable City approved plant list prior to submitting your request.
Any change to the landscaping at your home may require a submittal and approval before any work begins. This includes, but is not limited to:
Items not requiring review or approval include routine maintenance of existing flowerbeds, replacing dead shrubs or flowers, refreshing existing mulch beds, and removal of unused tree stakes.
For wildfire mitigation, plant material within 15 feet of the home may be removed as directed by the Fire Department. If mature trees, bushes, scrub oak, or similar vegetation need to be removed between 15 feet and 30 feet from the home, this will require review.
How to Submit Landscaping Requests
All landscaping requests must be submitted through the Dorman homeowner portal at:
www.DormanAssociationManagement.com
Log into the portal and submit your request under: My Items and Requests > ACC Requests
Please include all supporting documentation and photos needed for review. Attachments must be less than 25 MB per upload.
