Homeowners in Springs Canyon are members of both Springs Canyon Townhomes Association, Inc. and the University Park Homeowners Association.
Assessment Structure
Springs Canyon homeowners do not pay the University Park Master assessment directly to Dorman.
The University Park Master assessment is included within the Springs Canyon townhome assessment. Springs Canyon Townhomes Association, Inc. collects the full assessment amount from its owners and remits the Master Association portion on behalf of all Springs Canyon homeowners.
Springs Canyon homeowners should not log into the Dorman portal to make a separate Master payment, as this would result in a duplicate payment.
Governance
Springs Canyon Townhomes Association, Inc. is governed by its own Board of Directors and its own governing documents. It is also subject to the University Park Master Declaration and community wide standards where applicable.
