Board of Directors Meetings
The University Park Board of Directors meets monthly on the second Thursday of each month at 3:00 PM. Meetings are held in a hybrid format. Board members attend in person, and homeowners participate virtually through Microsoft Teams.
You do not need a Microsoft account to join. You may attend through your web browser or by phone. A meeting link and agenda are distributed in advance of each meeting.
There is time reserved on each agenda for a Homeowner Forum.
Association Calendar and Meeting Reminders
All Board meetings are posted on the homeowner portal calendar for the year, and automatic reminders are sent three days in advance.

Select the Communication tab
Enable Calendar Events under Email Notification Preferences
