Association Assessments and Financial Information
University Park Homeowners Association is professionally managed by Dorman Association Management.
The 2025 Master Association annual assessment is $475 per year. Sub associations and commercial properties may pay a different amount or a prorated portion of the annual assessment based on their governing documents.
Homes located within the Hidden Canyon area pay an additional quarterly fee for specialized maintenance services specific to that area.
The Association’s fiscal year runs from January 1 through December 31.

Financial Records
Current financial reports and approved budgets are available to homeowners through the Dorman homeowner portal. Owners seeking additional financial information should submit their request to management at hoa@dormanrealestate.com.
Board Meetings
The Board of Directors meets monthly on the second Thursday of each month at 3:00 PM.
Meetings are held in a hybrid format. Board members attend in person, and homeowners participate virtually through Microsoft Teams. A Homeowner Forum is held at the beginning of each meeting.
Meeting dates, agendas, and links are posted on the Dorman homeowner portal calendar. Homeowners are encouraged to log in at www.DormanAssociationManagement.com to stay informed.
