Master Trash Service
The Association maintains a community wide master trash service contract for individual single family homes. This service excludes all three sub associations, commercial properties, and The Resort.
Service day is Thursday each week.
Please note this fee covers the full calendar year. There are no prorations, refunds, or service reductions if a homeowner is away for part of the year or chooses not to use the provided containers.
Holiday Schedule
During weeks that include a recognized holiday, all routes will be delayed by one day following the holiday. There are no schedule changes if a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday.
For example:
If Thanksgiving Day falls on a Thursday and offices are closed, Thursday collection will occur on Friday.
If Memorial Day falls on a Monday, all routes that week will shift one day later:
Monday collection will occur Tuesday
Tuesday collection will occur Wednesday
Wednesday collection will occur Thursday
Thursday collection will occur Friday
Friday collection will occur Saturday
If a holiday falls on a weekend, there will be no change to your scheduled pick up day.
