2025 Dues: (Single Family Homes) $475.00 for the year 

2025 Dues: (Sub-Associations) $237.50 for the year 

2025 Dues: (Hidden Canyon #2 Dues) $1,355.21 for the year 

2025 Master Trash: $222.00 per home for the year.

Commercial: Dues vary

Dues/Trash fees are due on January 1st and late after February 10th each year. 

The late fee is $30/month and 1.5% interest/month.
