2026 Association Assessments
The approved 2026 assessments are as follows:
Single Family Homes: $487.00 per year
Sub Associations: $243.50 per year
Hidden Canyon #2: $1,430.00 per year
Master Trash: $236.25 per home per year
Commercial Properties: Dues vary pursuant to governing documents
Assessments and master trash fees are due January 1 each year and are considered late after February 10.
Late fees are $30.00 per month plus 1.5 percent interest per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Association’s collection policy.

All payments, account balances, and recurring payment setup are handled through the Dorman homeowner portal: www.DormanAssociationManagement.com

If you previously had recurring payments set up with the prior management company, you must re enroll through the Dorman portal. Recurring payments do not transfer automatically.
Please note that convenience fees may apply for certain online payment methods. These fees are charged by the third party processing provider, not by Dorman Association Management or the Association.
