Homeowners in The Villas are members of both The Villas at University Park Homeowners Association, Inc. and the University Park Homeowners Association.
Assessment Structure
Homeowners in The Villas pay two separate assessments:
The annual University Park Master Association assessment
A separate Villas sub association assessment
The Villas assessment funds services and maintenance that are specific to The Villas community and are not shared by the Master Association.
Homeowners should follow the payment instructions provided by each respective association to avoid duplicate or misapplied payments.
Governance
The Villas at University Park Homeowners Association, Inc. is governed by its own Board of Directors and its own governing documents. It is also subject to the University Park Master Declaration and community wide standards where applicable.
Management
The Villas at University Park Homeowners Association, Inc. is self managed and is not managed by Dorman Association Management.
