The Association has a community "master trash service contract" for the individual homes (excluding all 3 Sub-associations, commercial properties, and The Resort). 

The service day is Tuesday each week. 

2024: the yearly price is $213.00 for trash and recycling, billed upfront for the year in January. 

** Please note, this fee is for the year; if you are gone for several months of the year, there is no refund of services or a price reduction if you don't choose to recycle or use the bags. 

2024 Holiday Delays: 

     Memorial Day: delayed one day 

     Labor Day: delayed one day  

During the holiday schedule, all routes will be delayed one day following the holiday. There will be no changes if a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday.

• ​For example, Thanksgiving Day falls on a Thursday, and offices are closed. If your trash is normally collected on Thursday, your pick-up will then be on Friday. Memorial Day falls on a Monday, so all routes that week will be picked up one day later: Monday route will be picked up on Tuesday, Tuesday will be picked up Wednesday, Wednesday will be picked up Thursday, Thursday will be picked up Friday, Friday will then be picked up on Saturday.

• If the Holiday falls on a weekend, there will be no changes to your pick-up.
