Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Submittals
Any change to the exterior of your home requires prior written approval from the Architectural Control Committee before any work begins.
Common items that require review include, but are not limited to:
If you are completing landscaping work, whether new installation or replacement, please review the applicable City approved plant list prior to submitting your request.
How to Submit an ACC Request
All ACC requests must be submitted through the homeowner portal at: www.DormanAssociationManagement.com
Log in and navigate to: My Items and Requests > ACC Requests
You must upload the official University Park ACC Form along with all required supporting documentation. Submissions that do not include the completed ACC form and supporting materials will be returned for additional information, which will delay review.
Please include:
The more complete your submission, the more efficiently it can be processed.
If you need to add information to an existing ACC request, update the original request in the portal. Do not create a new submission for the same project.
All attachments must be less than 25 MB per upload.
Dorman Association Management conducts a preliminary review for completeness before forwarding requests to the volunteer ACC committee for formal review and decision.
Architectural Control Committee
The University Park Architectural Control Committee is comprised of volunteer homeowners appointed by the Board of Directors. The committee may operate as a full committee or utilize subcommittees, such as Landscaping, as needed.
The purpose of the Design Guidelines and Community Standards is to maintain the design integrity and overall appearance of University Park. These standards apply to all areas of University Park, including University Heights Filings 1 through 3, University Bluffs Filings 1 through 5, Hidden Canyon, The Villas, Sonnet Springs, Springs Canyon, commercial parcels, and The Resort.
If there is any conflict between the Design Guidelines and other governing documents, the more restrictive requirement that complies with current law will control.
